Professor Donald on The 100 Most Powerful Women In Britain list

Professor Dame Athene Donald has been listed as one of the hundred most powerful women in Britain in an article in the Sunday Telegraph.

In its article "100 Most Powerful Women in Britain" the Telegraph sets out "to reveal the women who wield the most influence over our lives today". Of Professor Donald the article says:

"Her research into the way molecules and cells function has implications for sufferers of Alzheimer's disease and the development of hip replacements and prosthetic limbs. Married with two children, she is dedicated to boosting the number of women in science."
