Remembering Sam Edwards

Professor Sam Edwards

We are greatly saddened to learn that Professor Sir Sam Edwards has passed away aged 87. Sir Sam, a member of BSS for many years, was a
leading physicist and one of the founding fathers of soft matter physics. We fondly remember his kindness, generosity, wit and wisdom.

Athene has written an article in the Guardian and blog entry remembering Sir Sam.
