Dr. Sarah Bohndiek's research featured on BBC news

Dr. Sarah Bohndiek was featured together with collaborators Prof. Rebecca Fitzgerald and Dr Massimiliano di Pietro on BBC World News to mark the start of a new clinical trial in patients with Barrett's oesophagus. The work was also featured on the Today Programme on BBC radio 4. Dr Bohndiek's group will be testing the potential of a new multispectral imaging camera to detect cancer earlier.

Dr Diana Fusco has joined the Cavendish this Summer with a Lectureship, to set up a mixed experimental/computational research programme in biological physics. Her team will initially investigate microbial populations, growth and evolution, interactions between bacteria and phages.
